A: The mail program is case sensitive.

Q: How many characters will I be allowed in my username?
A: We have a set perimeter of 16 characters. Any number of characters between 6 and 16 may be used.

Q: Will I be required to sign a yearly contract?
A: No! MBO.Net believes in complete customer satisfaction. If you are not

In case of questions or problems, we provide you with a toll-free number to our help desk where a service technician will take you through each step in placing the correct settings and information on your software. This procedure allows on the spot trouble shooting if there should be any initial problems. There is no charge for this service.

Q: How much RAM should my unit have before installing the software?
A: Your computer should have at least 64 megs of RAM.
